Companies Act 2014 imposed a requirement for business directors to submit a Confirmation Statement annually (In June 2016 the Compliance Statement Annual Return was replaced by the Confirmation Statement).. This applies to all LLP business, and to LTD companies with a balance sheet exceeding 12.5 million and an annual turnover exceeding 25 million.
